Sevens Hold for Johansen to Send Two Out
Level 10
: Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Denis Grimm was seen all in for 6,900 on the button, while Lars-Magne Johansen and Josep De Ramon put 69,000 each across the line from the blinds.
The dealer spread a flop of 8♠4♦3♣ and Johansen quickly fired 2,000 across the line, exactly how much De Ramon had left. De Ramon called and all three hands were tabled.
Denis Grimm: A♠9♣
Josep De Ramon: A♥J♠
Lars-Magne Johansen: 7♣7♠
Johansen was ahead with his pocket sevens. The 8♦ turn and 3♦ river meant both of his opponents were headed to the exit.
