Following an under-the-gun raise, Erik Seidel three-bet to 15,000, then Boris Kolev four-bet to 35,000. Cristian David then made a small five-bet to 55,000. The original raiser and Seidel both folded and Kolev called.

The flop came 2♥3♦K♥ and Kolev checked. David continued for 26,000 and Kolev folded to give him the pot.

The 7♦ river brought more action as Kolev jammed all in after another check from David. Both players had similar stacks, but David thought better of it and decided to fold his hand to remain with an above-average stack.

The action folded to Tom Vogelsang in the cutoff, who jammed in his stack of 42,500. Fabiano Kovalski called in the small blind, after which Masato Yokosawa asked for a count in the big blind.

After he had received it, he committed all of his 38,500 chips as well, leading to a three-way showdown.

Vogelsang was drawing dead after the turn on 5♦2♠6♥Q♦, and Yokosawa failed to crack Kovalski's aces as well when the 2♦ river paired the board.

Both Yokosawa and Vogelsang headed to the exit as they busted their first bullet.

The flop fell 5♥10♣9♣ and saw Lin toss in a bet of 25,000. Gutierrez quickly let his hand go as the chips headed Lin's way.

On another table, Sam Grafton and Antoine Labat were involved in a big pot of 85,000 chips. They had arrived on a turn of Q♠5♠J♥4♥, where Grafton made a bet of 20,000, around half of Labat's remaining chips.

Labat quickly folded, leaving himself with 18 big blinds.
