Cohen Eliminates Wang

Level 10 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Daniel Cohen raised on the button and was jammed on by Michael Wang's short stack in the small blind.

Cohen called off for roughly 6,000 total and put Wang at risk.

Michael Wang: K8All in
Daniel Cohen: QJ

The flop came K96 pairing Wang's king, but also giving Cohen a gutshot draw to win. That draw came right in with the 10 on the turn as the irrelevant 3 completed the board and sent Wang to the rail.

Wildhaber Best of Short Stacks

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Flynn Bosch went all in from the cutoff for 13,000 and Sven Wildhaber rejammed in the small blind for 20,000. The rest of the table got out of the way before the pair showed down.

Flynn Bosch: 109 All in
Sven Wildhaber: AA

Bosch flopped some hope on 79J, but the J turn removed some outs. The A river made Wildhaber a full house as he ascended to more than a starting stack.

Torres Triples with Quads

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

A player in early position raised, Iacopo Brandi three-bet jammed for 30,000 from the hijack and Jonatan Wedde cold-four-bet jammed for approximately 50,000 from the button. Jose Torres, in the big blind, called off his shorter stack and the original raiser folded.

Jose Torres: 99 All in
Iacopo Brandi: QJ All in
Jonatan Wedde: AK

The dealer spread the 994 flop giving Torres quads, prompting Brandi to vacate his seat. The 2 turn and K river saw Torres triple up, while Brandi lost the side pot to be eliminated.

Oliver Sets Trap to Bust Punjarojanakul

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Tanupat Punjarojanakul opened to 3,500 from early position and was called by Jack Oliver in middle position. Action folded to Andrei-Eduard Pirvulescu in the big blind, who also came along for the ride.

On the Q86 flop, action was checked to Punjarojanakul, who slid out a bet of 4,000. Only Oliver called.

The J rolled off on the turn, and Punjarojanakul down-sized, putting out a bet of 5,000. Oliver again called.

On the 5 river, Punjarojanakul emptied the clip, moving all in for around 25,000. Oliver's calling chips almost beat him into the middle.

Punjarojanakul showed KK for pocket kings, but Oliver had the goods with AA, sending him a decent pot.

Weis Over-Bets to His Demise

Level 11 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

The action was picked up on a turn of 6KJ10, where Felix Weis had made an all-in bet of 22,000 into a pot of 15,000. His opponent was Emanvel Hovhannisyan, who thought about it under the gun.

Eventually, he shrugged and made the call to put his opponent at risk.

Felix Weis: J10 All in
Emanvel Hovhannisyan: AJ

Weis' two pair was ahead, but Hovhannisyan still had some outs. His flush draw missed, but the A river gave him the better two pair to eliminate his opponent.

Eicher Is Thankful

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Juan Maceiras was all in for around 15,000 chips from the small blind and was called by both Marin Vasilescu in the big blind and Marc Eicher on the button.

Vasilescu and Eicher checked on the 10103 flop before Vasilescu bet 5,000 on the 5 turn. Eicher called to see the 8 river, where Vasilescu bet 8,000. Eicher then put Vasilescu all in for his last 20,000 or so chips and Vasilescu quickly called.

Maceiras tabled KQ for king-high, while Vasilescu played 77 for a pocket pair. Eicher had rivered the better pair with his A8, however, and he scored the double knock-out.

"Thank you," Eicher told Vasilescu as the latter took his leave, leading to laughter from the table.

Lucchesi Flattens Fletcher

Level 12 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Gilles Lucchesi opened to 4,500 from early position and action folded to James Fletcher in the small blind, who three-bet jammed for 33,000. Action folded back to Lucchesi, who made the quick call.

James Fletcher: AJ All in
Gilles Lucchesi: QQ

Lucchesi had his opponent in bad shape with only one overcard to his pocket queens. The QJ7 flop improved him further to top set.

The J turn made him a full house and the 7 river completed the board, with Fletcher's trip jacks not being enough.
