George-Mircea Tomescu raised to 5,500 from middle position and Vladislav Dubanov three-bet to 17,500 from the button. After the blinds folded, Tomescu called.

Tomescu check-called a bet of 13,000 from Dubanov on the 7♦9♠7♥ flop.

The turn came the K♥ and Tomescu check-called another bet from Dubanov, this time for 33,500.

After Tomescu checked the J♣ river, Dubanov shoved for Tomescu's remaining 90,000. Tomescu burned through five time-bank cards before making the call.

Dubanov turned over Q♠10♠ for a backdoor straight which won him the pot and eliminated Tomescu, who had Q♥J♥ for a pair of jacks.
