Bobby James raised to 225,000 under the gun as action folded around to Mikhail Shalamov in the big blind. He peeked down at K♥K♣ and three-bet to 825,000.
James quickly gave up A♥10♥ and Shalamov took the pot uncontested.
Bobby James 9♥6♥ limped in from the small blind and called when Oliver Weis 10♣7♠ raised to 350,000 from the big blind.
James paired up on the K♥9♦3♠ and check-called for 250,000. The 6♦ turn gave James nines and sixes, and he moved all in for 2,975,000 over a bet of 725,000. Weis snap-folded and dropped to second in the counts.
Andriy Lyubovetskiy raised to 200,000 in middle position with 10♠9♠ and Georgios Tsouloftas called in the big blind.
The flop came A♣J♥10♥ and Lyubovetskiy bet 275,000. Tsouloftas folded 7♦5♥.
Tsouloftas then raised to 200,000 on the button and Lyubovetskiy three-bet to 600,000 in the big blind with K♦8♥. Tsouloftas again gave up the pot to Lyubovetskiy, folding A♦7♣.
Georgios Tsouloftas raised to 200,000 from the cutoff before Anton Wigg raised to 750,000. Tsouloftas jammed and Wigg committed the 180,000 he left behind.

The Q♠J♠J♦ flop kept Wigg ahead, but only slightly. The A♣ turn gave Tsouloftas 14 outs to score the knockout but Wigg survived after the 2♥ completed the board.
Oliver Weis limped in from the small blind and Georgios Tsouloftas checked his option.
Weis led out for 150,000 on the A♥10♥3♦ flop and Tsouloftas called. The turn was the 2♦ and Weis checked to Tsouloftas, who bet 250,000.
Weis called and checked again on the 10♦ river. Tsouloftas then bet 850,000 and Weis snap-called.
Tsouloftas could only show Q♣7♣ for a bluff, while Weis had J♠10♠ for trip tens to win the pot.

One of the most entertaining shows in poker is stepping it up a notch as PokerStars announced that the next season of Big Game on Tour will feature four-time Super Bowl champion and NFL star Rob "Gronk" Gronkowski.
Gronkowski, who spent 11 seasons as a tight end in the NFL and is now a sports analyst, will compete on the upcoming The Big Game on Tour season alongside the pros, Loose Cannons and sports media personality Nick Wright, whose appearance was also confirmed on Thursday.

The 8♠6♣4♦ flop kept the aces ahead and Tsouloftas continued for 750,000. Weis called with his inferior overpair.
The 7♥ put four-to-a-straight on the board, giving Weis an open-ender. Tsouloftas check-called for 850,000 to swell the pot to 5,140,000.
The 4♥ gave the checkmark to Tsouloftas and action checked through for Tsouloftas to take the chip lead once more.
Mikhail Shalamov raised to 250,000 under the gun and Anton Wigg three-bet to 1,200,000 in the small blind. Shalamov then moved all in and Wigg called for 1,870,000.

Wigg was racing for his tournament life but fell behind on the A♦Q♣7♥ flop as Shalamov hit top pair. The rest of the board ran out 6♠8♦ and Wigg was sent to the rail in sixth place, ensuring that there will be a new EPT champion crowned today.
