Anton Wigg: AJ

Wigg had three outs and failed to find an ace on the Q53 flop. The 10 gave Wigg outs to Broadway. The river card had paint on it, but it was the Q and Mhiri doubled up with his two pair, queens and jacks.

Halil Tasyurek raised to 100,000 under the gun with AJ before being three-bet by Andriy Lyubovetskiy in the cutoff with A4. Tasyurek made the call once the action folded back to him, and the 883 flop was fanned.

Lander Lijo Eliminated in 19th Place ($36,740)

Level 26 : Blinds 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante
Lander Lijo
Lander Lijo

Lander Lijo min-raised from the cutoff to 100,000 and Georgios Tsouloftas called on the button.

They both went to a flop of K77 where Lijo made a continuation-bet of 80,000, and Tsouloftas called.

A 2 came on the turn and after thinking for a few moments, Lijo made a bet of 225,000. Tsouloftas called.

When the 2 double-paired the board on the river, Lijo gathered most of his chips and fired 680,000 into the middle, leaving just 5,000 behind. Tsouloftas then shrugged his shoulders and shoved, and Lijo reluctantly called off his last chip.

Tsouloftas showed 76 for a full house, and Lijo's AA went into the muck.

Timo Kamphues
Timo Kamphues

Mikhail Shalamov opened from the hijack to 100,000 and Timo Kamphues three-bet the cutoff to 275,000. When the action got back to Shalamov, he shoved, and Kamphues called off his last 115,000.

Kamphues needed to win a flip to remain in the Main Event but didn't get off to a good start as the flop of 43K kept the pocket sevens of Shalamov in the lead. The K turn offered no help, but the A fell on the river, which meant Kamphues survived at the last possible moment.
