Mullur Leaves Danchev Short; Ding Felts Fuchs

Heads up on a flop of 6♥A♠Q♥, Dimitar Danchev bet 6,000 from the cutoff and Samuel Mullur called in the big blind.

The turn was the Q♠ and Danchev bet 19,000. Mullur then moved all in and Danchev, with around 80,000 remaining, quickly folded.

At another table, Biao Ding took out Tom Fuchs when Fuchs got his last chips in with top pair on a 9♦6♥5♥ flop in a blind versus blind battle, but Ding had 6♣5♣ for two pair and held on through the 2♥ turn and 7♣ river to win the pot.

Spencer checked the 2♠ river and Martirosian moved all in. Spencer used a few of his time banks before calling for his last 220,000.

Martirosian turned over J♠J♣ for a set of jacks and Spencer flung A♦4♦ into the muck on his way to the exit.

Zubov Puts Hu to the Test

Zhewen Hu opened to 9,000 from under the gun and was called by Daniel Rezeai from the hijack. Alexander Zubov and Kayhan Mokri also stuck around from the button and big blind.

Hu continued for 20,000 on the Q♣3♠2♥ flop and was called in all three spots to bloat the pot.

The action checked to Zubov on the K♥ turn, and he bet 45,000. This time, only Hu called.

Hu had 87,000 behind and checked the 7♠ river. Zubov put him all in and Hu went deep into the tank.

One time bank was passed to the dealer and four more followed as Hu thought over the river spot for three minutes. In the end, he called for his tournament life.

Zubov had K♦Q♦ for kings and queens, besting the A♦Q♠ that Hu held.

"Good turn," said Zubov to the dealer after Hu exited the tournament room.

Great Flop for Mateos, Even Better Turn for Rezaei

Daniel Rezaei raised to 5,500 from the hijack and called when Adrian Mateos three-bet to 16,000 from the cutoff.

On the Q♠Q♥3♣ flop, Rezaei check-raised to 20,000 over a bet of 8,000. Mateos called.

Rezaei fired out another 25,000 on the 2♥ turn. Mateos quickly called once more.

The A♣ completed the board and Rezaei put Mateos all in for the Spaniard's last 76,000. Mateos snap-called, but saw the bad news as Rezaei had turned a boat with his 2♣2♦. Mateos tabled his no good QxJx and exited the tournament room.

Pardo then bet 30,000 and Mullur used a time bank before calling. The river was the 6♦ and Pardo bet 137,500, leaving himself just one 1,000 chip behind.

Mullur burned through the rest of his time banks until eventually folding as Pardo took the pot.

Around 130,000 was already in the pot as Vladimir Korzinin and Milos Skrbic went to the turn on a board of 7♣6♥2♥3♥. Korzinin then bet 53,000 from under the gun and Skrbic called in the cutoff.

Korzinin checked dark heading to the 8♦ river and Skrbic moved all in for around 100,000. "I want to see a cooler," Korzinin said as he called.

Skrbic showed 2♠2♦ for a set, but Korzinin had 6♣6♠ for a higher set to send Skrbic to the rail less than 15 minutes into the day.
