Antonino Venneri Eliminated in 19th Place (€10,370)

Level 28 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Antonino Venneri
Antonino Venneri

Virgile Turchi opened to 165,000 from under the gun and Antonino Venneri defended his big blind.

Venneri quickly check-raised to 500,000 after Turchi continued for 175,000 on the KJ7 flop. Turchi called.

Venneri fired out another 700,000 on the 4 turn, and Turchi called after some thinking time.

The 8 river completed the board and Venneri snap-jammed for 1,875,000 and was met with a snap call.

Venneri tabled J4 for jacks and fours, but Turchi had the winner with his 77 for a set of sevens.

Venneri was distraught at the hand, and visibly upset after losing what was one of the bigger stacks in the room.

Marco Gambini raised to 200,000 in the hijack before Kin Hang Man three-bet to 550,000 on the button. Gambini then moved all in and Man snap-called for 2,355,000.

Kin Hang Man: KK All in
Marco Gambini: 1010

Gambini had run into Man's kings and found no help on the Q4283 board as Man doubled up, leaving Gambini on an extreme short stack.

The next hand, Gambini was all in from under the gun for 310,000 against Alessandro Merelli on the button.

Marco Gambini: A4 All in
Alessandro Merelli: K10

The AK3 flop gave both players a pair, but Gambini was ahead with his aces. The rest of the board came 7J and Gambini doubled up.

Eusebiu Jalba Eliminated in 18th Place (€10,370)

Level 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Eusebiu Jalba
Eusebiu Jalba

After Remy Murcia raised to 200,000 from the cutoff, Eusebiu Jalba shoved his entire stack of 1,335,000 into the middle but retained 100,000 behind. Murcia then declared all-in, prompting Jalba to enter a contemplative phase, hoping for another player to bust out and secure a pay jump.

"Please don't make us wait too long this time, okay? Three minutes is reasonable," quipped a fellow player, eliciting laughter from the table.

Jalba, pressed for time, pushed all-in in less than two minutes, and the hand proceeded to a showdown:

Eusebiu Jalba: 107All in
Remy Murcia: AJ

The flop of A86 immediately favored Murcia with the ace, while Jalba clung to hope for a straight. However, neither the 2 turn nor the 7 river, provided the assistance Jalba needed, resulting in his elimination in 18th place for €10,370.

Gambini Did it Again

Level 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Pierre Basile initiated the action with an opening raise to 200,000 from under the gun, a bet that Federico Macori in middle position decided to call. Marco Gambini, sitting in the hijack, then pushed his remaining 920,000 chips all-in. Basile, curious about the size of the bet, requested a count from the dealer before ultimately opting to call.

However, the drama didn't end there; Macori also decided to go all-in, prompting Basile to reconsider. With Macori's hefty stack of 4,250,000 proving too steep for him, Basile reluctantly folded.

Marco Gambini: 55All in
Federico Macori: KK

The flop of 992 and the subsequent 3 turn seemed to offer promise, but Gambini's luck turned when the 5 appeared on the river, granting him a tripled-up stack.
