Jacks Enough For Uyanik

Mehdi Rebai opened to 1,000 from middle position and was three-bet to 3,200 by Jawad Bengourane in the hijack. Volga Uyanik called cold from the cutoff and Rebai folded.

Both players checked on the 45J flop and Bengourane checked again on the 7 turn. Uyanik bet 1,200 and Bengourance check-raised to 6,000. Uyanik called.

The 8 river brought four to a straight and both players checked. Bengourane showed AK, which was no good against Uyanik's AJ for a pair of jacks and Uyanik dragged the pot.

Action was picked up on the flop of 54A where Cid Ghillain checked to Ruoqin Cai who bet 1,700. Ghillain called.

The turn A was checked by both, leading to the A river card. Ghillain checked and Cai fired a bet of 6,300. Ghillain pondered for a moment before making the fold.

Sitruk Takes Three-Bet Pot

Andrew Chalk opened to 600 and was called by Xavier Sitruk, before Bogdan Ionescu produced a three-bet to 4,000 from the small blind. Only Sitruk called.

On the Q6J flop Ionescu checked and Sitruk put out a bet of 5,000, leading to a swift fold from Ionescu.

Carucci Fires Four Barrels

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

Domenico Paparo was on the button and called a three-bet of 2,200 from Sandro Carucci, who was in the big blind. Paparo called.

Paparo called a 1,300 bet from Carucci on the 25K flop and a 5,600 bet from Carucci on the 6 turn.

The 3 completed the board and Carucci slid out a stack of chips, which was enough to put Paparo all in for his last 25,000. Paparo quickly folded and Carucci collected the pot without showing.

Kondah Busts

Level 3 : Blinds 100/300, 300 ante

Ruoqin Cai opened to 600 from under the gun. Abdelhadi Kondah reraised all in from early position for roughly 2,500. Kostadin Kostadinov to his direct left made the call as did Cai.

Cai led out on the 695 flop for 1,500. Kostadinov flicked in calling chips. The J turn prompted another barrel from Cai, this time for 3,500. Kostadinov made the fold.

Cai tabled A5 for middle pair and Kondah tabled A3 leaving him with only a flush draw, The river proved inconsequential and Abdelhadi was sent to the rail.

Aces Good for Motta

Fabio Motta opened to 700 in early position and was called by Malik Mauriello in the next seat, while Carlos Dos Santos defended his big blind.

On the Q78 flop Dos Santos checked and Motta slid out a bet of 1,700. Mauriello folded and Dos Santos called.

On the 2 turn Dos Santos check-called a bet of 4,100 from Motta.

The river brought the 4 and both players checked their option. Dos Santos showed Q5 for top pair of queens, which was no good versus Motta's AA for the overpair.

Zebarjad Sets the Trap

Action was picked up on the flop of 773 which was checked by Nelson Michelet and Galoust Airapetian in the small and big blind. Claudine Nataf elected to check from the cutoff as did Ali Zebarjad on the button.

The four players tapped the table once again on the K turn. Action checked around on the Q river until play was on Zebarjad, who fired for 1,000. Michelet called, Airapetian folded, and Nataf called.

Zebarjad tabled J7 for flopped trips and Michelet and Nataf both mucked.

Genon Gives it up

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Jean Lucas opened to 500 from the cutoff and was called by Clement Genon on the button. Yang Zhang then squeezed to 2,300 from the small blind, which got a fold from Lucas and a call from Genon.

Zhang continued for 700 on the A56 flop and Genon raised to 3,600. Zhang tanked a bit before making the call.

Both players checked on the K turn and Zhang led out for 1,700 after the 10 completed the board. Genon re-checked his hole cards before sending them into the muck.
