Big Slick Does the Trick for Grasu

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Dylan Cechowski opened to 2,000 from early position and was called by Patrice Nicolas in the cutoff. Alin Grasu then squeezed to 7,500 on the button and both Cechowski and Nicolas called.

Action checked to Grasu on the 67A flop and he continued for 7,000. Cechowski called and Nicolas check-raised to 20,000. Grasu moved all in for approximately 35,000, which got a fold from Cechowski and a call from Nicolas to be put at risk.

Alin Grasu: AK
Patrice Nicolas: 76

Nicolas was ahead with his two pair, but the K turn vauled Grasu into the lead with a higher two pair.

The 2 river changed nothing and Grasu doubled up through Nicolas.

Pichierri Picks off Dery

Level 8 : Blinds 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

Anthony Dery opened from early position to 2,000. Fredric Steinbach called from the small blind and Alessandro Pichierri put in a reraise to 7,000.

Dery wasted no time before announcing all in for around 25,000. Steinbach quickly folded and Pichierri made the call.
