Zhou Gets Paid by Chidwick in Massive Pot

Level 13 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Stephen Chidwick bet 30,000 from the cutoff on a flop of K89 and Quan Zhou called in the big blind.

The turn was the 2 and Zhou, impeccably dressed in a black suit and sunglasses, led out for 40,000. Chidwick called and the 3 fell on the river.

Zhou checked and Chidwick bet 130,000. Zhou then moved all in for around 300,000 and Chidwick tanked for several minutes before calling. Zhou turned over Q5 for a turned flush and Chidwick mucked his cards as Zhou scooped the massive pot.

Andersson Scores a Two-For-One

Level 13 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante
Joakim Andersson
Joakim Andersson

The action folded to Joakim Andersson on the button. He open-jammed, covering both Rayan Chamas in the small blind and Joao Vieira in the big blind.

Chamas then made the call for his stack of 56,000, after which Vieira asked for a count. Once he received it, he made the call as well, putting his own stack of 66,000 at risk but having a shot at taking Chamas' bounty chip.

Rayan Chamas: AJ
Joao Vieira: 64
Joakim Andersson: 77

Vieira flopped a pair on 936, but could not improve further on the 102 runout. Chamas was left with ace-high, which meant that Andersson's sevens held on and scooped the pot alongside two bounty tokens.

Chris Brewer: AJ
Thomas Boivin: 1010

The board ran out 385K8 and Boivin's two tens stayed in the lead as he added Brewer's bounty to his collection.

Steve O'Dwyer moved all in for 50,000 in the cutoff, Stephen Chidwick reshoved for 256,000 in the small blind, and Daniel Rezaei snap-called in the big blind having both players well covered.

Steve O'Dwyer: J10
Stephen Chidwick: A10

O'Dwyer took the lead on the J63 flop, while the K turn gave Chidwick a straight draw. The Q river completed Chidwick's Broadway straight and he sent O'Dwyer to the rail while also doubling up off Rezaei.

All-In Battles Coming Fast

Level 13 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Mike Watson raised to 18,000 in early position before Dan Djorno moved all in for 91,000 in the small blind. Artur Martirosian reshoved in the big blind and Watson folded.

Dan Djorno: A9
Artur Martirosian: AK

Djorno was dominated by Martirosian as the 547610 board providing no relief, sending him to the rail and his white bounty chip over to Martirosian.

At the same time at another table, Alex Kulev was all in for 95,000 in the small blind, Aleksejs Ponakovs had his 156,000 in the middle from the cutoff, and Boris Kolev had both players covered and at risk in the hijack.

Alex Kulev: 76
Aleksejs Ponakovs: AJ
Boris Kolev: A9

Ponakovs hit top pair on the J42 flop to take a big lead in the hand, while the 2 turn improved him to two pair. The river was the A and Ponakovs doubled up off Kolev while claiming Kulev's bounty.

Aurelien Russo raised to 16,000 on the button before Nikita Kuznetsov jammed all in for 124,000 from the small blind.

After some thinking time, Russo made the call to put his neighbor at risk.

Nikita Kuznetsov: A8
Aurelien Russo: K10

It was looking bleak for Russo on the 5A6 flop, but the K turn brought him some outs. A second king appeared on the K river, upgrading him Russo to trips and eliminating Kuznetsov.
