Matrai Gets a Fold After Lengthy Tank From Ouachekradi
Level 27
: Blinds 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante
Naim Ouachekradi opened to 130,000 first-to-act and was called by Sun Yunsheng in the cutoff and Andras Matrai in the small blind.
Matrai checked to Ouachekradi on the 3♦6♦7♥ flop and he continued for 280,000. Yunsheng got out of the way, but Matrai then check-raised to 720,000 — sending Ouachekradi deep into the tank.
The clock was eventually called by a tablemate and the floor gave Ouachekradi a 30-second countdown.
Ouachekradi failed to act before time ran out and his hand was announced dead, sending the pot Matrai’s way.
