"I have them convinced I never bluff. Back from the dead," Graydon Kowal said as the cards were being dealt at his table. He proved to be a mere spectator as Paul Covaciu moved all in for 24,000 in early position. Philippe Barouk called on the button, as did Eero Rantala in the small blind.

The flop came 6♠2♣9♦ and Barouk bet 25,000. Rantala called to create a side pot as they went to the 3♠ turn.

Barouk fired another 40,000 and Rantala came back with an all-in shove. Barouk tanked for a few moments before calling for around 140,000.

He showed J♠J♣ and Covaciu turned over A♥K♥. They were both behind, however, as Rantala showed 9♥9♣ for a set. The river was the Q♦ and Rantala scooped the massive pot to send both players to the rail.

"Good hand," Kowal told him.

"Thank you. Got very lucky," Rantala replied as he stacked up more than 500,000.

On the 4♦ turn, Sandev put his opponent all-in for 36,000 and received a snap call.

Both players had overpairs, but Satubayev had the higher one. His aces were not cracked when the river came the 5♦, and he doubled up to an average stack.

Down to the last 32,000 in chips, Younes Charrat opted to move all in from middle position. Joao Sydenstricker on the button asked for a count on the shove, then moved all in, forcing out Aleksejs Ponakovs and Giovani Torre in the blinds.

Once Sydenstricker had re-jammed, Charrat was already out of his seat and shook his head, even before all action was concluded. The mighty ducks could not come from behind on the A♠7♠4♠K♣J♦ runout and that spelled the end for the local player.

Around 50,000 was in the middle as Daniel Kyosev and Oswin Ziegelbecker went to the turn with the board showing 3♦J♠4♦8♦. Ziegelbecker then bet 15,000 from the small blind and Kyosev called in the cutoff.

The river was the 8♥ and Ziegelbecker slowed down and checked. Kyosev then moved all in for 61,500.

Ziegelbecker asked for a count, then went into the tank for several minutes until deciding to fold.

Samuel Ju is also at this table with a stack of around 300,000.

On the K♣10♦7♥ flop Jaksland continued with a bet of 7,000 when Kondrat checked to him, Normand folded and Kondrat called.

The K♠ turn was checked through by both players, as was the J♦ river.

Kondrat showed A♣10♠ for a pair of tens, which was good enough to cause Jaksland to muck his hand.

Hans Erlandsson then reshoved from the button for 130,000 and Franchi let his hand go after some thought.
