Christos Argyriadis raised to 16,000 with the 66 and was called by Sergio Countinho on the button with the Q10, Eliot Hudon called in the small blind with the 44.

The flop came AQ7 and it checked to Coutinho, who jammed for the last 41,000 he had behind. Hudon folded but Christos Argyriadis somehow called with the underpair.

After the 2 turn, Argyriadis only had one out and the 2 river ensured the double of Coutinho.

A pot of around 200,000 was already in the middle as Bryan Paris and Jean-Pierre Boulad went to the turn on a board of 10K69. Boulad then bet 75,000 from the button and Paris called in the cutoff.

The river was the 5 and Paris checked to Boulad, who this time checked back. Paris showed KxQx for top pair, but Boulad turned over AK to win the pot with his ace-kicker.

The 3 river saw Hissou play out of flow, leading for 17,000. Zuczkowski made the call. Hissou tabled A2 for trips, winning him this pot.

Greenwood Bombs the River

Sam Greenwood opened to 16,000 from early position and was three-bet to 42,000 by Boris Angelov in the cutoff. Action folded back to Greenwood, who called.

Greenwood check-called a 26,000 bet from Angelov on the 365 flop and then both players checked on the J turn.

The 7 filled the river and Greenwood announced a hefty 130,000 bet before putting chips into the middle.

Angelov thought better of it and folded.

"Did you have pocket jacks?" Angelov inquired.

"I can't tell you every time," Greenwood replied. "Maybe pocket deuces."

"You always have a pocket," Angelov said as Greenwood collected the pot.

Nixon Runs Into Vlastos' Flush

With around 40,000 in the pot on a flop of 6J8, Terry Vlastos bet 20,000 from early position and Jamie Nixon called on the button.

The turn was the 5 and Vlastos led out for another 60,000. Nixon quickly called and the K fell on the river.

Vlastos then moved all in for 80,000 and Nixon snap-called. Vlastos turned over QJ for a flush and Nixon let out a loud groan before his cards hit the muck.

Ami Barer raised to 16,000 from an early position with the K9 and table short stack Max Neugebauer defended the big blind with the Q5. The Q104 flop gave Neugebauer top pair and he checked, Barer bet 9,000.

Neugebauer check-raised to 22,000 and earned a call from Barer. The 6 followed on the turn and Neugebauer only had 34,000 behind, which he moved into the middle. Barer visibly went through the possible combinations, shook his head and called.

Only a king or jack could knock out Neugebauer and the J river ended his run on the new feature table right after coming back from the break.
