Jorgne Ships Final Pot Before Final Table

Level 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Peter Jorgne raised to 275,000 in the small blind and Sindre Hansen called in the big blind. Jorgne then continued for 375,000 on the 597 flop and Hansen made the call.

The 3 turn saw Jorgne fire another 700,000 into the pot, and another call followed from Hansen. The 7 river was then checked by both players, leading to a showdown.

Jorgne tabled KQ for king-high.

"What are you doing, man?" Hansen asked his opponent before flashing he K8 and tossing it in the muck.

"Nice hand," he concluded before the players readied up to go to the final table.

PokerStars has unveiled the full schedule for the 2024 European Poker Tour (EPT) season, which shows five destinations, including a return to EPT Paris and EPT Cyprus. Both Paris and Cyprus made their EPT debut in 2023, and they return for 2024, much to the delight of the players.

EPT Paris is running now as the first stop of the 2024 European Poker Tour season at a new venue. The stunning Le Palais des Congres has a 120-table capacity, leading to a more extensive schedule for the festival. Cedric Billot, Associate Director for Live Events and Operations, believes the new-look EPT Paris could be one of the largest EPT festivals on record.
