Martin Tsvetanov opened to 2,000,000 first to act and Ryan Plant three-bet to 9,000,000 from the small blind. It was folded back to Tsvetanov, who shoved. Plant committed his remaining stack into the middle and hands were revealed.

Martin Tsvetanov opened to 2,000 from the button, and Ricardo Caridade defended the big blind.

The Q♥8♠6♦ flop was checked through to the 9♦ turn, where Caridade led out with a bet of 3,000,000. Tsvetanov called.

The J♦ river completed the board, and Caridade checked. Tsvetanov fired out a bet of 5,600,000, and after some thought, Caridade called.

Tsvetanov tabled K♠6♥ for a pair of sixes, but Caridade was good with Q♣3♣ for a pair of queens.

Karlic's Hero Call Earns Him a Commanding Lead

Gerald Karlic opened to 2,400,000 on the button and Martin Tsvetanov defended his big blind.

Tsvetanov checked to Karlic, who continued for 1,700,000 on the 7♣J♣3♦ flop. Tsvetanov then check-raised to 5,500,000 and Karlic called.

Karlic called a 9,600,000 barrel from Tsvetanov on the 6♠ turn and then Tsvetanov announced he was all in after the Q♠ completed the board.

Karlic counted out his remaining 30,600,000 and went deep into the tank as he contemplated his decision. After a few minutes, Karlic slammed in a call and Tsvetanov showed 10♥9♠ for a whiffed straight draw.

Karlic revealed A♦J♠ for a pair of jacks and scooped the massive pot while Tsvetanov was left with just 12,000,000.
