Andrea Abate opened to 4,000 from under the gun. Michele Casaburi called in the hijack as did Roei Siman Tov on the button. Wouter Beltz moved all in for 10,000 from the big blind.

Abate moved all in over the top, which prompted Tov and Casaburi to fold.

Richard Dalberg raised from under the gun, Jakub Sterba on his direct left called, and Lars-Magne Johansen shoved around 15,000 chips from the cutoff. Dalberg asked for a count but decided to fold, and then Sterba called.

Vitelli Doubles With Aces Against Brecard's Jacks

Silvio Vitelli had his stack of 20,500 in the middle and was put at risk by Julien Brecard.

Vitelli had the rockets and needed them to hold in order to stay alive in the tournament. Brecard was looking for a jack, but never found what he was after as the K8KQ8 runout kept Vitelli's aces in the lead.

Spragg Calls River Overbet

Benjamin Spragg raised to 4,000 and Frederik Thiemer defended his big blind.

The pair checked the AQ8 flop and Q turn and Thiemer bet 18,000 on the K river.

Spragg promptly called and, upon Thiemer tabling AxXx showed QJ for trip queens and took down the pot.

Arik Filstein opened from middle position to 4,000. Jakub Masojidek was the sole caller from the cutoff.

Filstein led for 4,000 on the flop of 74Q before Masojidek raised to 11,000. Filstein called before checking the 8 turn. Masojidek bet 15,000 before Filstein put him all in. Masojidek went into the tank for over a minute before folding.

Gkatzas Doubles Through Van Rooij

Dimitrios Gkatzas opened to 4,000 from early position and Merijn Van Rooij defended his big blind.

Van Rooij check-called a 3,000 bet from Gkatzas on the KA2 flop and check-raised a 3,000 bet from Gkatzas to 10,500 after the K paired the board on the turn. Gkatzas called.

Van Rooij put Gkatzas all in for his last 29,500 on the 3 river and Gkatzas snap-called.

Van Rooij tabled A10 for aces-up, but it was no good against Gkatzas' KJ for trip kings to award Gkatzas the double up.
