Level 9 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

The board read 6J33 and Jeremie Zouari checked to his opponent. Artsiom Lasouski pushed all in and had Zouari covered for 46,000 effective.

Zouari went into the tank and used three time bank cards before coming to his decision. He eventually folded and left Lasouski to pull in the pot.

Ogita Rivers Straight to Crack Kings

Level 9 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Daisuke Ogita
Daisuke Ogita

Following an open-raise from Juho Ruutari, Daisuke Ogita moved all in from the button for 66,500. Ricardo Caridade then moved all in over the top for 86,000 from the big blind. Ruutari folded, leaving two players to turn their cards, with Ogita at risk.

Daisuke Ogita: 66 All in
Ricardo Caridade: KK

Ogita was in serious trouble and needed to find help as the board ran out 25734 to give him an unlikely straight on the river. Ogita doubled up his stack and Caridade was left short with around 7,500.

It looked like Caridade would be heading for the exit as he found himself pot committed in the small blind the next hand, but he managed to double his short stack to give himself a chance to chip back up.

Meanwhile, Nikita Kuznetsov has joined the tournament with just a couple of levels left to play on Day 1.

Hrabec Calls Astedt's River Bluff

Level 8 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante
Roman Hrabec
Roman Hrabec

Action was on the river on a board of 624109 and Niklas Astedt had fired out a bet of 90,000. Roman Hrabec was deep in the tank and was covered as he contemplated the call. Hrabec eventually put his remaining 72,000 chips in the middle.

Astedt had A7x for a missed flush that he'd turned into a bluff. Hrabec flipped over QQ for pocket queens, an overpair to the board. He won the pot and doubled up his stack.
