Mounir Tajiou had his stack of 12,400 in the middle preflop and was at risk to Pasi Sormunen. Dimitar Iwanov-Petkin had a decision to make having already put in a few chips and said "I will fold the winning hand," then laid down pocket jacks.
Mounir Tajiou: K♣K♥
Pasi Sormunen: Q♠10♦
"I didn't expect you to be that strong," said Sormumen.
Tajiou was well ahead with his pocket kings, but it seemed that Iwanov-Petkiv was correct when he said that he'd fold the winning hand as the A♣6♠J♦ flop would have given him a set. The 2♥7♦ runout didn't change anything, and Tajiou doubled up his stack.

Enguerran Freslon: A♦A♣
Karim Maekelberg: 7x7x
Both players had flopped a set that became a boat by the river, but it was Freslon with aces full that won the pot.

Amirouche Zekhmi raised from the cutoff, John Adderley three-bet to 5,000 from the small blind and Jacques Der Megreditchian called all in for his last 2,000 in the big blind. Zekhmi called the raise to take the action to the flop.
The flop came 3♥7♥5♠ and Adderley fired out a bet of 2,500, which Zekhmi called. Both players then checked it back on the 6♠ turn.
The river was the K♠ and Adderley moved all in with a short stack of around 10,000. Zekhmi muttered something and then made the fold to give Adderley the side pot.
Adderley had K♥J♠ for a pair of kings. Der Megreditchian turned over 7♦3♦ for two pair to win the main pot and triple up his short stack.

Josef Schusteritsch shoved for 16,000 over the top of a Mounir Tajiou raise. After the rest of the table folded, Tajiou called.
Josef Schusteritsch: A♠K♥
Mounir Tajiou: A♣10♦
Schusteritsch had Tajiou dominated and looked likely to double. However, the Q♣7♣9♣ flop gave Tajiou a flush draw. The K♦ turn paired Schusteritsch, but offered Tajiou with some additional outs to win. The 7♥ river was clean for Schusteritsch, and he doubled up.

With just over 10,000 chips already in the middle on a full board of K♠4♦Q♥8♦J♣, Wissam Ouertani had checked from under the gun and Hugo Baudry bet 6,500 from the hijack.
According to somebody at the table, Ouertani was taking far too long to act and the floor were called to put him on the clock. A 30-second countdown was initiated and when the clock got to just four seconds remaining, Ouertani called.
Baudry then showed top set with K♥K♦, and Ouertani tapped the table and mucked.
