Parker Talbot
Parker Talbot

The trio of Parker Talbot, Mohamed Ameur Hammi, and Marco Di Persio all checked the J29 flop.

The dealer put out the 4 on the turn, and Talbot led out for 1,200. Hammi folded, and Persio raised to 5,100, which was enough to put his opponent all in. Talbot snap-called.

Parker Talbot: 22 All in
Marco Di Persio: 44

Talbot’s flopped set fell short against the set that Persio hit on the turn, and the 3 completed the board, sending Talbot to the rail.

Benjamin Spragg
Benjamin Spragg

Benjamin Spragg opened to 1,100 from early position and received a call from Lucia Navarro in the big blind.

Navarro checked the J8K flop, and Spragg continued with a bet of 1,400, which Navarro called. The dealer revealed the 3 on the turn, and Navarro check-called again, this time a bet of 5,500.

With the 4 completing the board, Navarro checked a third time, and Spragg pushed all his chips in the middle and Navarro quickly called.

Spragg showed A2 and was beaten by Navarro’s two pair with J3. He was left with just 200 chips and was eliminated on the next hand.

Level 5 : Blinds 200/500, 500 ante

Renata Onodyova opened to 1,100 from middle position and was called by Emmanouil Zografakis in the cutoff and Kevin Hasler in the big blind for a three-way pot.

Hasler checked to Onodyova, who continued for 1,700 on the 98Q flop. Zografakis then shoved for approximately 20,000 total, which got a quick fold from Hasler and a call from Onodyova after a lengthy tank to put Zografakis at risk.

Renata Onodyova: KK

Zografakis was a favorite to double and remained that way on the 4 turn; however, the K river left Onodyova best with a set of kings and Zografakis was eliminated.

Ouertani Busts in Three-Way Pot

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Wissam Ouertani was already all-in for around 4,000 and was competing for the main pot of around 13,000 on the 1034A board. There was a side pot of 10,000 between Patrik Jaros and Isabella Lemoscosta, which didn't get added to on the turn as both checked.

When the A completed the board, Lemoscosta checked and Jaros fired 10,000 from the button. After a short time thinking, Lemoscosta called.

Jaros showed QQ, Ouertani tabled 107, and Lemoscosta flipped 88. In the end, Jaros won both pots with his pocket queens, which meant Ouertani was eliminated.

Peluso Calls Lijo's Turn Shove, Runs Into Kings

Level 6 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Fabio Peluso
Fabio Peluso

Lander Lijo raised to 1,200 from middle position and picked up a call before Fabio Peluso three-bet to 5,000 from the button. It was back on Lijo and he put in a four-bet to 11,800, which only Peluso called.

The flop came 5910 and Lijo continued with a bet of 6,700. Peluso called and the hand went to the turn.

On the 3 turn, Lijo moved all in for the rest of his opponent's stack. Peluso counted out his own chips and went deep into the tank. Cristian Veres, sitting in seat four, had eaten nearly a full bowl of pistachios before Peluso made the call.

Peluso had JJ for a pair of jacks, but Lijo turned over KK for a pair of kings. The river was a blank, the 7, so Lijo held to win the pot, eliminating Peluso from the tournament.
