Marrone Finds a Double After the Break

In the first hand after the dinner break, Asher Oz opened to 1,700 from middle position, and Angelo Marrone moved all in from the big blind for 10,900. Oz got the exact chip count and made the call.

The dealer revealed the 103J flop, and Marrone was still ahead with his ace-high. The 9 turn gave Oz some straight outs, but also a flush draw for Marrone. The 3 completed the board, securing the double-up for Marrone.

Gulas Gets a Fold on the River

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Josef Gulas raised to 1,800 from under the gun, Elias Suhonen called on the button, as did the small blind.

The 884 flop saw the action check to Suhonen, who took the lead for 2,000. The small blind folded and Gulas called.

The Q turn checked through to the K river. Gulas retook the lead for 3,000 and Suhonen chose to surrender.

Stok Gets Jammed On

The pot had grown to around 12,000 with two players looking at a flopof Q109.

Jeremie Zouari, in middle positon, checked the action to Sven Stok, in the hijack. Stok bet out 3,800 and Zouari went into the tank before moving all in for 27,900.

Stok thought for some time before finally pitching his cards into the muck.

Steinfeuer Wins With Queens After Preflop Mishap

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Thomas Hueber opened to 1,800 from middle position and was called by Iago Savino in the hijack and Koyes Miah on the button. Before Dimitri Steinfeuer had a chance to act from the small blind, Eduardo Escada squeezed to 8,400 from the big blind.

It was ruled that Escada's raise would stand that that Steinfeuer had an option to act based on that action. Steinfeuer cold-called the squeeze and everyone else got out of way.

Steinfeuer and Escada then checked down on the K3K flop, 7 turn, and 4 river.

Steinfeuer revealed QQ and Escada sent his hand into the muck.

Sklenicka Makes Straight to Bust Mahmudi

Michael Sklenicka open-raised to 1,700, Felix Schneiders called on the button, then Burim Mahmudi three-bet to 1,700 from the big blind. Sklenicka and Schneiders both called and three players went to the flop.

The flop ran out QJK and Mahmudi continued for 5,000. Sklenicka raised it up to 17,600, Schneiders folded and Mahmudi made the call.

On the A turn, Mahmudi checked and Sklenicka pushed forward a bet of 31,000, which was more than half of his stack. Mahmudi called and left himself a little over 10,000.

The river came the 2 and the rest of Mahmudi's chips went in the middle as he bet and Sklenicka moved all in. Mahmudi had AK for two pair, but Sklenicka turned over 109 for the nut straight to win the pot.

Sklenicka chipped up to nearly 150,000 and Mahmudi was eliminated from the tournament.

Dorian Doubles Through Palevic

Dorian Decauche open-shoved under the gun for 12,000. Rifat Palevic in the big blind asked, "Should we sweat together?" to which Decauche agreed. Palevic peeled back his cards and shared with Decauche before he called.

The flop came A43 and when the K hit the turn, Decauche stood up and said, "Nice playing with you," but quickly sat back when the 6 fell on the river, giving him a set and a double.

Sole Leads The River

Ignacio Aparicio opened the action to 1,700 from under the gun and received calls from Miroslav Forman, Johan Eklind, and Giuseppe Rosa from the big blind.

Sole made a continuation bet of 2,000 on the JJ6 flop, and only Eklind called.

The turn brought the 10, and this time, Sole checked. Eklind put out a bet of 2,500, which Sole called.

The dealer completed the board with the 6, and Aparicio changed gears once again and led out for 10,000. Eklind went deep into the tank before finally calling, only to see Sole's full house with K6. Eklind tossed his cards into the muck, and Sole added more to his stack.

Baril Gets Agressive on the Turn

Christoph Dufhaus raised to 1,700 from middle position. Jean-Serge Baril, in the small blind, three-bet to 6,000 and Dufhaus called.

The QQ3 flop saw Baril continue for 2,500. Dufhaus didn't back down.

The J turn slowed down Baril with a check. Dufhaus took the lead for 3,500 and Baril went into the tank, eventually choosing to check-raise to 20,000. Dufhaus made a quick fold.

Camosci Rivers Flush, Eliminates El Yaacoubi

Rachid El Yaacoubi raised to 1,600 from under the gun, Bela Ignasz three-bet to 4,500 from the hijack, then Enrico Camosci four-bet to 10,500. El Yaacoubi then pushed all in for 21,000, which sent Ignasz deep into the tank. The floor were called and Ignasz eventually folded.

Camosci was already pot committed, shrugged and put his chips in the middle to put El Yaacoubi at risk.

"I think I have one out," said Camosci. "You had a jack, right?" he said to Ignasz.

From one out to many, the flop came K68 to give Camosci a flush draw and El Yaacoubi a pair of kings. The turn was a blank, the Q, but the river came the 7 to complete Camosci's flush. He won the pot and El Yaacoubi was sent to the rail.

Odeen then check-called a 4,000 bet from Yousaf on the 6J5 flop and a 6,000 bet from Yousaf on the 3 turn.

Both players checked down on the 10 river and Odeen turned over QQ, which got a nod from Yousaf as he mucked his hand.
