Rege Can't Get the Pay Jump

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Gianas Rege
Gianas Rege

Gianfranco Iaculli opened the action with a raise to 12,000 from under the gun, and Gianas Rege put out a three-bet to 35,000, leaving a blue 5,000-chip behind. When the action folded back to Iaculli, he moved a pile of blue chips in the middle to put his opponent all-in.

With just two players away from a pay jump, Rege was ready to use all four of his remaining timebank cards. When he used his third timebank card, a player was eliminated at another table, but there was no other elimination, and Rege called at the last second.

Gianas Rege: AK All in
Gianfranco Iaculli: 44

Rege did not manage to get the pay jump or win the flip, as the full board ran out 59682, and he exited the tournament.

Kevin Hasler

Enrico Camosci raised to 12,000 from middle position and Kevin Hasler three-bet to 36,000 from the button. Camosci then four-bet to 80,000 and Hasler called.

The flop ran out 1058 and Hasler led by shoving all in for around 200,000. Camosci quickly made the call and players turned their cards.

Kevin Hasler: AK All in
Enrico Camosci: AA

Hasler had the nut flush draw, but his overcards were dead to Camosci's aces. The turn came the 4 and both players stood up. The river came the 10 and Camosci held to win the pot, chipping up to around 700,000 and sending Hasler to the exit.

"Worst flop ever," said Hasler as he left the table.

Mack Spikes a Flush to End Naveiro's Tournament

Level 17 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Adrian Mack
Adrian Mack

Adrian Mack raised to 13,000 from middle position before Sylwia Studniarz three-bet to 30,000 on the button. Inigo Naveiro four-bet shoved from the small blind for 132,000 and only Mack called.

Inigo Naveiro: JJ All in
Adrian Mack: AJ

Naveiro was a great position to double-up with pocket jacks if he could fade an unfortunate runout.

The 6K9 flop provided Mack with a flush draw, but the 9 on the turn meant only a river spade or ace would end Naveiro's Main Event. The 2 dropped on the river to give Mack the winner with a flush, sending Naveiro to the rail.
