Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Stefan Reiser got his last 100,000 into the middle with Georgios Vrakas making the call to try and bust him.

Stefan Reiser: KK All in
Georgios Vrakas: A10

Reiser was in great shape to double-up with Cowboys, that is until the dealer fanned out a flop of 10A8 to give Vrakas two pair. The rest of the board ran out 88 and Reiser was out of the tournament.

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Kimmo Kurko raised from the button to 20,000 and Renji Mao defended out of the big blind.

Mulaj Busts With Kings as DeRooij Hits Dream Flop

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Action was on the flop on a board of 9A3 and Rama Mulaj checked. Thomas de Rooij made a bet, then Mulaj check-raised all in for 272,000.

DeRooij made the call and flipped over A4 for a pair of aces with nut flush draw. Mulaj had KK for pocket kings.

The turn was the 4 and river the Q and DeRooij further improved to a flush, not that he needed it. He won the pot and Mulaj was eliminated from the tournament.

Joyce Nears a Seven-Figure Stack

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Nicolaus Paszkiewicz opened from under the gun to 20,000 and Pawel Wojciechowski called in the cutoff. Philip Joyce was on the button and got his squeeze on to 80,000, which got the blinds and Paszkiewicz to fold. Wojciechowski, however, called.

They both saw a flop of 444 come sailing by and after Wojciechowski checked, Joyce made a continuation-bet of 55,000. Wojciechowski put up no resistance and quickly folded, which left Joyce's stack teetering on the verge of a million.

Back-and-Forth for Bar

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Gal Bar
Gal Bar

There was a preflop all-in at Table 6 with Gal Bar's tournament life on the line.

Gal Bar: AKAll in
Dan Borlan: AQ

With 20 minutes until the dinner break, Bar was in great shape to secure a double-up, but the 10Q3 flop turned the hand in Borlan's favor. The turn brought the 3, leaving Bar needing a king or a jack on the river to survive.

"Not like this," Bar muttered but the dealer revealed the J on the river, giving him a crucial double-up. Bar shouted with excitement and he pulled in the pot.

Sorainen Shoves River and Sends Docherty Into Tank

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Luka Sorainen
Luka Sorainen

David Docherty open-raised to 20,000 from under the gun, Luka Sorainen called in middle position, and the big blind called.

The flop came 29J and action checked to Sorainen, who made it 25,000 to go. The big blind called before Docherty check-raised to 125,000. Only Sorainen made the call. Both remaining players then checked it back on the A turn.

The river was the A and Docherty used a time bank card before placing out a bet of 210,000. Sorainen then moved all in.

"Jesus!", said Docherty, who had around 130,000 left behind and was now in a tough spot. He used all of his time bank cards and was down to his last ten seconds before reluctantly mucking his hand.

"That's why I don't like time banks," said Docherty. "If I'd have taken seven minutes no one would have called time."

The table agreed, but ultimately Sorainen had won the pot and dragged in several hundred thousand chips to add to his stack, which was up to around 1.2 million.

Golinski Wakes Up With Aces

Level 19 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Thomas de Rooij opened the action from early position to 20,000, and Hang Xu moved all in from the cutoff. Action folded to Mariusz Golinski in the small blind, who also moved all in. De Rooij folded.

Hang Xu: AQxAll in
Mariusz Golinski: AA

Xu was in a tough spot but found a glimmer of hope when the J2K flop gave him a gutshot straight draw. Unfortunately for Xu, the 7 turn and 3 river brought no help, and he was eliminated from the tournament.
