Mikael Thuritz made it 5,500 from under the gun and Phil Ivey three-bet the hijack to 17,000. When it got back to Mulder, he called.
The flop came 5♥7♦7♣ and Thuritz check-called a bet of 15,000 from Ivey to see the J♦ turn. Thuritz checked again, then folded to the bet of 40,000 from Ivey.
On the other table, Espen Jorstad had made it 6,000 to go on the button and Teun Mulder called from the big blind.
Mulder check-called a bet of 6,500 from Jorstad on the 8♣5♠A♠ flop and both checked the J♠ turn. When the 7♦ hit the river, Mulder fired 10,000, which got Jorstad to fold.
