Jurcuta Runs Into a Cooler Against Palevic
Level 17
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
There was around 100,000 in the pot as Rifat Palevic and Paul Jurcuta went to the turn on a board of 6♥7♦K♦3♠. Jurcuta then moved all in for around 150,000 from the big blind, and Palevic called on the button.
Jurcuta showed 7♥6♠ for two pair, but Palevic had flopped a better two pair with K♥7♣. The river was the 9♥ and Jurcuta was sent to the rail.
At another table, Daniel Rezaei got his last chips in with two fives against Ramon Munoz's A♣J♣ and remained in the lead going to the river on a board of 2♣2♥9♠10♥, but Munoz spiked the A♥ on the river to win the pot and send Rezaei off to collect his payout.
