Mama Mia! Ionita Flops the Nuts, Gets Counterfeited & Bluffed Off a Chop
Level 32
: Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante
Thomas Eychenne completed in the small blind with 9♥6♦ and Sebastian Ionita checked his big blind option with Q♥10♣.
Eychenne bet 200,000 on the flop of J♦K♦A♥ and Ionita called with the stone nuts. Eychenne kept bluffing on the 10♦ turn (which made a flush possible) with a bet of 600,000, and Ionita called.
The Q♣ river put Broadway on the board to counterfeit Ionita, and Eychenne tried to bet him off of it by putting out 6,000,000. It was enough to fold Ionita off a chop.
