Both players checked the 10♦10♠9♣ flop to see the 5♣ roll off on the turn. Ionita led out for 300,000, which Suarez called.

A 2♠ landed on the river and Ionita fired out a pot-sized bet of 1,500,000. Suarez used two of his time banks, then elected to lay his hand down, and forfeit the pot to Ionita.

Ionita knuckled the action over to Suarez on the 5♥4♣7♠ flop, and Suarez put out a continuation-bet of 275,000. Ionita called.

A 7♦ hit the turn and Ionita checked for a second time. Suarez gathered together a bet of 650,000, which Ionita again called.

Ionita checked for the last time on the Q♦ river, allowing Suarez to fire a third barrel of 2,600,000. Ionita went into the tank, using up a few of his time bank cards, before electing to make the call.

Suarez showed a total airball with J♦8♦, and lost the pot to Ionita's 5♦2♦ for just a pair of fives.
