Pardo Continues to Build
Level 4
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Seeing a raise to 4,000 ahead of him, [Removed:607] made the call on the button. Acting from the small blind, Juan Pardo put in a three-bet to 23,000. The original raiser folded, but Muller stuck around to see at least three more cards.
Both players checked on the 9♥6♠Q♠ flop before Pardo checked again on the 7♦ turn. [Removed:608] took the invitation to take over the betting lead, placing a bet of 36,000, which Pardo called.
The 8♠ river slowed both players down, seeing both of them check.
Pardo flipped over Q♥10♥, revealing he had rivered a straight. [Removed:608] mucked his cards, and the dealer pushed the pot in the direction of Pardo.
