Hajdari Applies Pressure on Sposato

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Heads-up on a flop of 3K10, Gaspare Sposato in the cutoff bet 1,500, but Fehim Hajdari on the button raised to 5,400.

Sposato called and check-called after Hajdari fired a second barrel of 4,000 on the 10 turn.

The Italian player checked again on the 9 river. Hajdari moved all in, and Sposato snap-folded. He was eliminated a few hands later.

Flush for Da Silva

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Vitalijs Korhs opened to 1,600 from under the gun, and both Sergio Da Silva in the cutoff and Jon Kyte in the small blind called.

All three of them checked a flop of 484, leading to the 9 turn where Korhs bet 2,000. Da Silva called, and Kyte check-called.

After Kyte and Korhs checked the K river, Da Silva bet 6,700. Kyte folded, but Korhs called with AA. However, he ran into Da Silva's flush with KJ.

"If any of you had bet on the flop, I would have gone all-in," Kyte said after the hand.

Sheils Folds Aces

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Action was caught on the turn in a three-bet pot between Brandon Sheils and Antoine Saout.

There was 29,000 in the middle on the J10Q10 board. Sheils checked in the big blind before calling Saout's bet of 11,700 from the button.

Sheils, with 41,000 behind, checked when the 5 river came in. Saout put the Englishman to the test for his tournament life, and Sheils went deep into the tank.

"Shall I do what I what I did earlier?" asked Sheils, referencing a hand where he called his opponent light in the opening few levels. "That worked out well for you."

In the end, Sheils folded AA and Saout took the pot.

"What did you have?" Sheils asked.

"A good hand," replied Saout.
