Both Aniulis and Pardo quickly folded, and Chevalier immediately moved all in for 613,000.

Stoica went into the tank and eventually folded Q♣Q♦ face up. "Ok, I show you," Chevalier said while flipping over K♠K♦.

Joao Tomas flicked in a raise to 24,000 under the gun with A♥10♦. Maxime Chilaud flat-called 9♦9♣ in the small blind, and the two went heads-up to a 3♦10♠5♥ flop. Tomas placed a continuation-bet of 40,000, which Chilaud check-called.

Chilaud also checked the 4♦ turn, prompting Tomas to size up to 110,000. Undeterred, Chilaud called for a second time, seeing the 3♥ emerge from the deck on the river.

Tomas kept the aggression up, shoving in 300,000 chips, the vast majority of his stack. Eventually, Chilaud let go of his pocket pair, chipping up Tomas without showdown.

Adrian Mateos raised his button to 25,000. Manuel Carvalho upped the ante to 105,000 in the small blind, and Mateos obliged with a call. Carvalho continued for 120,000 on the 5♥K♥J♦ flop, seeing Mateos flick in a call.

Both players went on to check the 2♠ turn, leading to the 9♥ turn emerging from the deck. Carvalho checked again, prompting Mateos to move in, having Carvalho's 302,000 covered.

Carvalho went deep into the tank, spending five time extensions before calling, tabling Q♦Q♣. However, his pair of queens was no good, as Mateos had rivered a straight with Q♠10♠.

Mateos absorbed the last of Carvalho's chips as the Portuguese player said his goodbyes from the feature table.
