Gerard Rubiralta opened to 24,000 from early position. Alessandro Barone and Juan Pardo called from the blinds.
Rubiralta bet 60,000 on the 10♣2♠6♠ flop. Only Barone called. The 7♥ turn checked through to the 5♠ river. Barone led out for 75,000 and took down the pot.
Evaldas Aniulis opened to 24,000 from early position and was called by Juan Pardo in the hijack. Pierre Chevalier in the cutoff three-bet to 113,000, but Roman Stoica in the big blind four-bet to 200,000.
Both Aniulis and Pardo quickly folded, and Chevalier immediately moved all in for 613,000.
Stoica went into the tank and eventually folded Q♣Q♦ face up. "Ok, I show you," Chevalier said while flipping over K♠K♦.
Joao Tomas flicked in a raise to 24,000 under the gun with A♥10♦. Maxime Chilaud flat-called 9♦9♣ in the small blind, and the two went heads-up to a 3♦10♠5♥ flop. Tomas placed a continuation-bet of 40,000, which Chilaud check-called.
Chilaud also checked the 4♦ turn, prompting Tomas to size up to 110,000. Undeterred, Chilaud called for a second time, seeing the 3♥ emerge from the deck on the river.
Tomas kept the aggression up, shoving in 300,000 chips, the vast majority of his stack. Eventually, Chilaud let go of his pocket pair, chipping up Tomas without showdown.
With around 180,000 already in the middle and the flop showing 2♦Q♠8♠, Gerard Rubiralta fired 65,000 from the big blind. Juan Pardo called on the button to see the next card.
The A♦ landed on the turn, and Rubiralta kept up the pressure with another bet of 85,000. That was enough to make Pardo fold, sending the pot Rubiralta’s way.
A few hands after he was left short, Birger Larsen in the small blind moved all in for 25,000 on a board of 8♥K♦6♣4♣ with 100,000 already in the pot. He faced Tom Vogelsang in early position.

Larsen was way ahead with two pair, then improved to a flush with the 3♣ river to secure his double up.
Adrian Mateos raised his button to 25,000. Manuel Carvalho upped the ante to 105,000 in the small blind, and Mateos obliged with a call. Carvalho continued for 120,000 on the 5♥K♥J♦ flop, seeing Mateos flick in a call.
Both players went on to check the 2♠ turn, leading to the 9♥ turn emerging from the deck. Carvalho checked again, prompting Mateos to move in, having Carvalho's 302,000 covered.
Carvalho went deep into the tank, spending five time extensions before calling, tabling Q♦Q♣. However, his pair of queens was no good, as Mateos had rivered a straight with Q♠10♠.
Mateos absorbed the last of Carvalho's chips as the Portuguese player said his goodbyes from the feature table.
Birger Larsen opened to 26,000 under the gun. Petre Ionescu three-bet to 120,000 in the next seat over, and Larsen moved in for Ionescu's remaining 182,000. Ionescu quickly called off, revealing the cards.

No nines appeared on the Q♣8♣Q♠3♥2♥ runout, securing the double-up for Ionescu. Larsen, meanwhile, was left with about eight big blinds.
Mykhailo Ostash opened from the cutoff, and Petre Ionescu in the small blind three-bet to 100,000. Ostash took a moment before moving all in, putting his remaining 590,000 at risk. Ionescu asked for a count, then went deep into the tank, burning through four time bank cards before finally making the call.

Ostash stood up, already ready to leave, but the flop of 8♥7♣Q♦ brought him a miracle set of sevens. The A♠ turn and 6♦ river sealed the deal, giving Ostash a timely double-up and leaving Ionescu with just over four big blinds.
Adrian Mateos limped in from the small blind. Manuel Carvalho made it 42,000 to go in the big blind, which Mateos called.
The flop fell 10♦Q♠5♦. Mateos checked before he called the 30,000 Carvalho placed in the middle. After the Q♦ turn checked around, Mateos bet 95,000 on the 4♥ river.
Carvalho quickly looked up his opponent, and he was shipped the pot with his K♥K♦ as Mateos tabled an inferior two pair with his 10♥9♥.
Joao Tomas opened from under the gun. Toni Kaukua, to his left, three-bet to 69,000. Tomas then raised all in, and Kaukua eventually made the call with his last 360,000.

Tomas flopped a set, but Kaukua still had top pair and a straight draw on A♣Q♥J♦. The 8♣ turn didn't change anything, but the 10♠ river completed Kailua's straight, allowing him to double up.
