Can Sidhu Make a Straight Flush?

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

On the feature table, Kuljinder Sidhu raised to 5,000 from the cutoff, with just his 9 being scanned by the RFID reader.

Kevin Hasler, with 107, came along from the big blind and made two pair on the 1076 flop. With at least a straight flush draw, Sidhu bet 6,000 when checked to. Hasler just called, and the A arrived on the turn.

Hasler check-called for 14,000, and checked for a third time when the 8 river completed the board. Sidhu, who had at least a straight, sized up to 28,000 and after some thought, Hasler called with the worst hand.

Sidhu's second card was revealed when he tabled his hand: A9.

Vellucci is a "Happy Man" as Neugebauer Folds

Level 13 : Blinds 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

Action was on the turn on a board of 6J10J with around 70,000 in the pot. According to table talk after the hand, Roberto Vellucci had made around a half-pot-sized bet on the flop and Max Neugebauer had called. On the turn, Vellucci moved all in for 55,000 and Neugebauer was in the tank.

Neugebauer looked distressed by the decision and eventually mucked, showing A10 for two pair, tens and jacks. Vellucci scooped in the pot and Neugebauer was left wondering if he had been forced off the best hand.

"This is a happy man, that's all I know," said Andras Nemeth sitting to both players' right.

Indeed, Vellucci was grinning as he dragged in the pot.
