Post Takes It, Table Discusses It

Level 7 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Andrea Bensaid opened the action with a raise to 1,600 from under the gun, which was met with a three-bet to 4,000 from John Post in middle position.

Marco Regonaschi then spent some time toiling over how to respond, ultimately deciding a fold was the best course of action. It seemed Rania Nasreddine had a similarly tricky decision in the big blind. After taking stock of her opponent's stack, she too chose to fold. Action was then back on Bensaid, who called.

The dealer flipped over a Q56 flop, which saw Bensaid check before folding to a continuation bet of 8,000.

"I folded a strong hand," Regonaschi told the table.

"Me too," responded Nasreddine, going on to share she had folded ace-jack.

"I had ace-queen," said Regonaschi.

After which, a few of the players started discussing whether or not ace-queen was the best hand preflop.
