Li went deep into the tank, eventually deciding to call off his stack of 71,500 to put himself at risk of elimination.

Action checked through on the A♠K♦7♣ flop, prompting Wheeler to take over the betting lead on the 5♥ turn. He put 5,000 into the pot, which Beneteau called.

The 4♠ completed the board, and Wheeler put a more substantial 40,000 into the middle. Beneteau called without much hesitation, but was shown bad news.

Wheeler flipped over 7♥7♦ for a set, and Beneteau mucked his hand.
