Silva Waits For the Last Second to Commit His Chips

Gustavo Silva and Eduard Barsegian had built a pot of around 70,000 as they went to the turn on a board of 6♣Q♣4♦2♦. Barsegian then moved all in from the button.

Silva had around 50,000 remaining in the big blind and tanked for several minutes until another player at the table called the clock. His 30-second timer was about to hit zero when he called off his last chips, turning over A♣6♦ for a pair of sixes. Barsegian, though, had A♠Q♦ for top pair.

The A♦ fell on the river to improve both players to two pair, but Barsegian remained in the lead to send Silva to the rail.
