The pot had grown to a massive 27,000 when Gael Djenkal bet 5,000 on the completed board of 7♦6♦10♣8♠Q♣ from under the gun. His opponent was Elie Farah in the hijack, who quickly called.

Djenkal tabled 7♠6♠ for bottom two pair. It was enough to drag the huge pot, as a frustrated Farah flung open his A♠A♦ for a no-good overpair.

Five players went to a flop of 5♠9♣3♣ when Antonio Pereira bet 1,200 from middle position. Elvir Nuhiu then raised to 3,100 on the button and the table folded back to Pereira, who reraised to 8,700. Nuhiu called.

The turn was the 7♥ and Pereira bet another 4,500. Nuhiu then moved all in for 18,100, and Pereira tanked for several minutes before folding.

Nuhiu showed the 8♣ as he took the pot.

Morbee continued for 900 on the 5♣3♦J♥ flop, which Ivarsson check-called. Ivarsson then checked again on the A♣ turn, seeing Morbee size up to 1,400.

Ivarsson went for a raise this time, flicking in 5,400 chips. Morbee weighed his options a bit, but ultimately decided to forfeit the pot by mucking his cards.

In a pot worth 4,500, Hanan Tabrichi checked the Q♥3♣8♠ flop from the big blind. Vladimir Nex followed suit on the button, prompting Tabrichi to bet 3,000 on the 6♠ turn.

Nex quickly called, causing Tabrichi to slow down and check the J♥ river. Nex wasted little time before he piled in his entire stack of 20,400, receiving a quick fold from his opponent.

More than 15,000 was already in the middle as Adam Martinsson and Henri Hassid went to the turn on a board of 5♣Q♣2♠7♠. Martinsson then bet 9,500 from the hijack, and Hassid called in the big blind.

The river was the 9♥ and Martinsson moved all in. Hassid instantly pushed forward the rest of his 10,000, and Martinsson turned over 2♦2♣ for a set.

"Aces?" another tablemate asked Hassid as he tossed his cards into the muck and got up from his seat. The dealer eventually revealed K♥Q♥, and Hassid became the first casualty of the day.
