Juan Maceiras Eliminated in 9th Place (€64,800)

Juan Maceiras - 9th Place
Juan Maceiras - 9th Place
Greg Dyer (USA) raised 60,000 from the cut off and Juan Maceiras (Spain) jammed from the button and moved all in for about 260,000. Dyer quickly called.

Dyer: {A-Spades}{K-Spades}
Maceiras: {A-Diamonds}{6-Spades}

The flop was {Q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}. The turn was the {2-Spades} and the river was the {3-Spades}. Dyer's Big Slick held up and he increased his stack to over 1.5 million.

Juan Maceiras busted out under a heavy applause from the rowdy crowd in the rail. He bubbled off the final table. He won €64,800.

With eight players remaining, we have a final table.

Mark Teltscher Doubles Through Juan Maceiras

Mark Teltscher and Juan Macerias got their chips in the middle pre-flop, Teltscher holding {10-Spades}{10-Diamonds}, Maceiras with the {A-Spades}{K-Spades}. The flop was {J-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}. Maceiras' rowdy railbirds chanted "Ace! Ace!" (which, in Spanish, sounds more like "Ass! Ass!") Alas, the turn was the {3-Diamonds}, the river was the {4-Diamonds}, and Teltscher doubled his stack at Maceiras' expense.

Teltscher was up to 725,000 after the hand while Maceiras was down to about 260,000.
