Carlino Over Carey
The board read

Carlino thought for a moment before reaching for a large handful of chips. He three-bet the action to 19,500, putting the pressure back onto Carey. Carey went deep into the tank, thinking for well over four minutes. Ultimately, he opted to drop his hand into the muck.
