Chartier Caught; Schemion Leading

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante
Ole Schemion
Ole Schemion

On the turn of a {2-Spades}{2-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{K-Spades} board, action was checked to Sam Chartier who bet 3,500 and Jorryt van Hoof was the only caller. The river was the {J-Hearts} and van Hoof checked again, Chartier moved in and the Dutch November Niner snap-called. Chartier immediately showed his {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} bluff and van Hoof tabled {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs} to win the pot.

Chartier was left with just 2,500 afterwards, this went into the middle in the very next hand with Ole Schemion the caller.

Chartier: {A-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Schemion: {A-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

The board came {7-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{J-Spades}{Q-Clubs} and Schemion looks to be the early chip leade with 125,000.

Jouhkimainen Doubles Through Kurganov

Level 5 : 200/400, 50 ante

After everyone on the table seemed to be getting involved in a raising war, Joni Jouhkimainen was the one who finally pushed with Igor Kurganov making the call.

Kurganov: {10-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Jouhkimainen: {K-Diamonds}{K-Spades}

The board came {4-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{4-Spades}{5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and the Finn doubled up his short stack while Kurganov took a hit on his second bullet.

Fiip You For It

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante
Jorryt van Hoof
Jorryt van Hoof

Sometimes there’s no need for a precise count of stacks, you just get all your chips in the middle before the flop and that is precisely what Yann Dion and Jorryt van Hoof decided to do.

It was {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs} for van Hoof and {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} for Dion. The coin was flipped and after a board of {3-Spades}{9-Spades}{k-Hearts}{2-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} it landed Dion side up. The stacks were close but Dion just had the edge and van Hoof was booted into touch.

Mateos Leading the Way

Level 6 : 300/600, 75 ante
Adrian Mateos
Adrian Mateos

Adrian Mateos is over the 200,000 mark after he knocked out Yann Dion earlier. Mateos won a huge three-bet pot again the French-Canadian when all the chips went in on the turn of a {Q-Diamonds}{J-}{3-Diamonds}{K-} board. Mateos had {A-}{10-} and Dion held {K-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} but missed his draw.

Dion has, of course, since rebought.
