Level 22 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Vanessa Selbst
Vanessa Selbst

Panagiotis Papaisidorou bet 44,000 on a flop of {a-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Hearts} and got called by Vanessa Selbst on the button.

The turn card was the {j-Diamonds} and Papaisidorou continued for 75,000. Selbst cut out raising chips and made it 186,000. Papaisidorou seemed to be taken by surprise but after a short while he raised Selbst back to 370,000 with just over 500,000 behind. Selbst made the call and they went to the river of a bloated pot.

The river card was the {q-Hearts} and Papaisidorou saiod, “Check.” Selbst made a final bet of 190,000 and Papaisidorou looked pained but did eventually make the call.

Selbst quickly tabled {a-Spades}{q-Spades} for two pair and Papaisidorou mucked.
