In the most recent hand he clashed once again with Adrian Mateos. McDonald opened to 4,500 from the button before Mateos raised it up to 14,000 from the big blind. McDonald made the call and both players watched the flop come down .
Mateos led out for 20,000 and was called. He bet another 45,000 which was called after the dealer produced the on the turn.
The completed the board and Mateos instantly moved all in for 128,700. McDonald made the quick call and watched as Mateos rolled over his for a straight. McDonald then turned over his for a rivered flush and the winning hand.
Igor Pihela opened the cutoff for 5,000 and Tobias Reinkemeier in the big blind made the call.
Reinkemeier check called a bet of 7,500 on and the dealer soon burned, and turned the . Reinkemeier checked for the second time, and called for the second time as well after Pihela bet 13,500.
The river came the and Reinkemeier checked one last time. Pihela bet out 35,000 and his German opponent picked up the necessary chips to call. He played around with the 25,000 and two 5,000 chips for a bit before making up his mind and folding his hand.

Sorel Mizzi sat down about half an hour ago and just increase his stack slightly in a hand with Leonid Markin. The Russian had raised and called the three-bet by Mizzi. Markin bet the flop for 15,000 and Mizzi called before betting again for 24,000 after the turn.
Mizzi tossed in five T-5,000 chips for the call and the on the river was checked to the Canadian. He bet 63,000 and that got through, as Markin mucked his cards.

McDonald confidently rolled over his for aces-up and watched as Mateos mucked his .
Jean-Noel Thorel raised to 4,500 and called the three-bet to 12,000 by Connor Drinan. On the flop both players checked and Thorel bet the on the turn for 6,000. Drinan called and then folded to a bet of 25,000 after the river.
The Frenchman then raised to 4,000 from under the gun and was called by Fedor Holz on the button and Brian Roberts in the big blind. Thorel bet the flop for 9,000 and only Holz called. The German also called the second barrel worth 25,500 on the turn before the fell on the river.
Thorel bet 30,000 and the WCOOP Main Event champion let go.
