Triple For Gregg

Level 9 : 3,000/6,000, 1,000 ante

Mike Watson raised under the gun to 13,000 and Team PokerStars Pro Jason Mercier called to his immediate left. The action was folded around the Tony Gregg who moved all in from the big blind for just 46,000. Watson tanked for a bit and then four-bet to 79,000. Mercier did some tanking of his own before five-betting to 152,000. Watson made the call creating a big side pot on the side.

The flop rolled out {A-Hearts}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs} and both players checked while Gregg was awaiting his fate. On the turn the {2-Hearts} hit and Watson check-folded to Mercier's 142,000-chip bet.

Mercier: {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}
Gregg: {A-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

The river brought the {10-Hearts} and Gregg tripled up, while Mercier took down a nice side pot.
