Benny Spidnler played a three-bet pot out of position and it cost him some chips.
He opened to 6,000 from under the gun and called when Victor Sbrissa three-bet to 13,500 from two seats along. On the flop Sbrissa continued for 15,700 and Spindler check-called. Both players checked the turn to head to the river.
Spindler checked again and called when Sbrissa bet 23,000. The Brazilian opened and Spindler mucked.

Igor Kurganov is back to his winning ways after he eliminated Dan Smith.
Smith raised the button to 5,200 before Kurganov three-bet to 15,000 from the big blind. Smith tank-shoved for around 95,000 and Kurganov snapped him off.
PokerNews ran into Bryn Kenney in the cash game room and he confirmed that he busted with to an opponent's aces. He flopped a flush draw but failed to hit. He joked that the board ran out with diamonds to try and tease him that they might be hearts.
Benny Spindler informed us that Viktor Blom was ousted when he was set over set'd by Victor Sbrissa, who is up to 210,000.
Paul Volpe, Andreas Eiler and Erik Seidel all busted early as well.
