Siemund Doubles Big Against Kokoska

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 5,000 ante

Peter Siemund had just three-bet shoved for under a million in chips and claimed the blinds and antes. Then, the German raised to 85,000 from the cutoff and Robert Kokoska three-bet to 205,000 out of the small blind. Siemund moved all in and Kokoska asked for a rough count, to which Siemund replied it was around one million.

Kokoska wasted only 10 seconds before calling and had the slightly worse kicker.

Siemund: {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}
Kokoska: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}

The board came {J-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{K-Diamonds} and the stack of Siemund was counted for 1,145,000. Kokoska is now the shortest stack on the secondary table.
