The FPN Vegas National Championship continues on today at the Golden Nugget with the Tag Team Championship, an event giving duos a shot at $1,000 and the championship belts.
It's already been an exciting FPN Vegas National Championship festival. Yesterday's Royal Court National Championship produced two winners, Steve Belland and 20-year FPN veteran Glenn Schaefers, who both won $12,000 packages to the WSOP Main Event.
The $200 buy-in Tag Team Championship will kick off at 5 p.m. local time and see each team begin with 20,000 starting stacks. The event will have 25-minute levels and late registration will remain open through Level 6.
Every player who makes the final table will advance to the Clash of Kings and Queens National Championship with a 20,000 stack. Additionally, there will be $3,000 in final table payouts.
Like yesterday's event, the Tag Team Championship will be live-streamed on the FPN YouTube channel.
Last year's Tag Team Championship saw father-son duo Brett and Austin Emerick of Indiana of the Greazy Pickle poker club winning the belts and $1,000.
