Ramon Runs Cowboys Into Rockets

Level 4 : 500/1,000, 125 ante

Vicent Bosca Ramon opened for 2,200 from middle position. Adrian Mateos three-bet to 7,500 from the cutoff before he called a four-bet to 19,200 by Ramon.

Ramon bet 8,998 on the {3-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{3-Hearts} flop and Mateos called. Both players checked after the {9-Spades} turn put two pair on the board. Ramon then jammed for 45,354 on the {2-Diamonds} river and Mateos called.

Ramon had {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and headed to the rail at least for now after Mateos turned over {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}.

Chen's Rockets Takes Out Three Players

Level 4 : 500/1,000, 125 ante

Christian Rudolph was down to crumbs on his second bullet after he doubled up Stephen Chidwick and they went in from early position. Pete Chen raised to 3,000 from middle position before Romain "Flingue" Dours three-bet to 10,000 from the cutoff. Alexandre "SexyBaldGuy" Mantovani, 100000 four-bet jammed for 46,940 from the cutoff. Chen called before and Dours five-bet jammed for 130,889. Chen called that as well and it was a four-way showdown for a ton of chips.

Christian Rudolph: {6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}
Alexandre "SexyBaldGuy" Mantovani: {j-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}
Romain "Flingue" Dours: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}
Pete Chen: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

The {4-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{10-Diamonds} board didn't push anyone past Chen's rockets and Chen took three players' chips in one hand. Rudolph re-entered for his third Day 1c bullet while Mantovani and Dours at least for now are still on the sidelines.

Top Set No Good for Berwick

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 150 ante

Jeff "DollarVig" Berwick opened for 2,400 from under the gun and was called by David Coleman from the cutoff and David Peters from the small blind.

Peters checked the {7-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} flop and Berwick bet 3,168. Coleman called and Peters folded. Coleman called a bet of 6,459 on the {5-Hearts} turn before Berwick checked the {9-Spades} river.

Coleman used his clock before he jammed. Berwick called off for 41,654 and showed {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades} for a set of jacks. Coleman, however, won the hand with {k-Spades}{q-Spades} for a rivered straight and Berwick didn't immediately re-enter after the hand.

Cornell Over 300K

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 150 ante

Tyler "TheRayGuy" Cornell opened for 2,640 from early position and Shawn Daniels defended his big blind.

Daniels check-called a bet of 2,124 on the {8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts} flop and check-called a bet of 8,836 on the {k-Hearts} turn.

The {a-Diamonds} river completed the board and Daniels check-called a bet of 22,620. Daniels turned over {a-Clubs}{8-Spades} for two pair but this wasn't good enough to beat the flopped straight held by Cornell with {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs}.

Gierse Doubles with a Flush

Level 5 : 600/1,200, 150 ante

Marius Gierse opened for 2,760 from early position and was called by Francisco "EdiJunio11" Correia from the hijack and "TheHunky4" from the cutoff.

"TheHunky4" bet 5,400 after their two opponents checked on the {7-Hearts}{2-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop Gierse called and Correia folded. Gierse check-called a bet of 9,000 on the {k-Hearts} turn before he checked again on the {10-Spades} river.

"TheHunky4" jammed and Gierse called off for 69,980. "TheHunky4" held {3-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and fell for the trap that Gierse laid with {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} for the nut-flush.

"TheHunky4" dusted off the rest of their short stack off the next hand and didn't immediately re-enter.
