Yan Eliminated by Kempe

Level 12 : 1,800/3,600, 450 ante

David Yan was pained by Fedor Holz just before the break when he missed an open-ender and Holz earned the pot with ace-queen high.

Yan then three-bet to 25,248 only for initial raiser Rainer Kempe to four-bet jam for 187,256. Yan called for the 92,690 he had behind and held the best of it heading into the showdown.

David Yan: {j-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Rainer Kempe: {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}

The board ran out {10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{4-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} to pile even more misery on the New Zealander.

Jouhkimainen vs Kempe

Rainer Kempe raised to 8,400 and Joni Jouhkimainen defended the big blind. Kempe faced a check-raise from 7,359 to 20,718 on the {k-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop and called to then call a bet worth 35,868 on the {10-Diamonds} turn.

Jouhkimainen jammed the {6-Hearts} river for 97,335 and Kempe tank-called with {k-Spades}{8-Spades} to get shown {5-Spades}{3-Spades} for the nuts.

They Come and Go

Level 13 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

New players jump in, old players bust. The re-entries keep on coming.

There is barely any minute without an all-in and call right now even though the late registration is open for another 80 minutes.

The latest casualties can be found below. Sam Greenwood is not among them as he doubled with {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} against the {k-Clubs}{q-Clubs} of Isaac Haxton. They got it in preflop and the board came {10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{10-Hearts}.
