R B Peels a Ten

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Kyle Jeffrey moved all in preflop for 2,200,000 and was called by R B, which put Jeffrey at risk as the cards were tabled.

R B: {9-Spades}{9-Clubs}
Kyle Jeffrey: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}

Jeffrey was way in the lead, but the board on the turn {7-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} gave R B an open-ender.

"Slowly, turn it slowly," R Basked the dealer, and as if by some magic, the {10-Clubs} was flipped over on the river to give R B the straight.

Jeffrey just shook his head in disbelief as the pot was pushed to R B.

Sheasby Doubles; Southworth Eliminated

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

Vicki Southworth shoved for just over 2,000,000 from early position and was called by Joseph Sheasby in the big blind who was all in for 1,875,000.

Joseph Sheasby: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}
Vicki Southworth: {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

The {9-Spades}{8-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} board saw Sheasby double and left Southworth short. She put her last 250,000 chips in pre-flop in the next hand, and after Steven Allen's 1,000,000 raise forced everyone else out, the cards were turned over.

Vicki Southworth: {k-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Steven Allen: {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}

There was no help for Southworth on the {9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{j-Spades} board and she was eliminated.

Man Hits River for Big Payday

Level 31 : Blinds 100,000/200,000, 200,000 ante

On a heads-up turn of {j-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{k-Hearts}{8-Spades}, Ka Wai Man checked to his opponent, Mohammed Bhatti, who then bet 800,000.

Man made the call and the two went to the river {5-Hearts}.

Man asked how much Bhatti had left, and after Bhatti exposed his stack, Man announced a bet of one million. Bhatti thought for a second, then made the call, but was then shown the goods of {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for the rivered nut flush.

"Wow, nice hand, I had two pair on the turn, " Bhatti admitted before throwing his cards into the muck.

Man was pushed the huge pot and his chip stack soared to the top of the chip counts.

Jurca Takes Chip Lead in Massive Three-Way Pot

Level 30 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

First Luke Hallinan moved all in, followed by Alexandru Jurca, and then lastly Peter Norton, who covered the other two. The cards were tabled and the three hands were tabled.

Luke Hallinan: {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}
Alexandru Jurca: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}
Peter Norton: {k-Spades}{k-Clubs}

Although Jurca was already well in the lead, the flop of {a-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} put him light years ahead as he flopped top set. The runout of {9-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} secured his victory, which scored him a massive triple-up to rocket him into the chip lead. Meanwhile, Morton was left with just 3,000,000 and Hallinan was eliminated.

Chamberlain Wins a Big One

Level 30 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Before the flop, David Trigg and Richard Chamberlain got all the chips in the middle, with Chamberlain at risk.

Richard Chamberlain: {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
David Trigg: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}

Although Trigg was a big favorite going in, the flop of {3-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{a-Hearts} gave Chamberlain the lead with his pair of aces. Trigg was far from dead, however, as he had the king of hearts for the nut flush draw with two streets to come.

Unfortunately, the runout of {9-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} did not provide, and Chamberlain was awarded the massive pot as Trigg vocally expressed his feelings of discontent as he was left with just a little over a million.

K P Eliminated by Coultard

Level 30 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Liam Coultard was clapping his hands together having sent an opponent to the rail. His opponent K P held {k-Spades}{k-Hearts} and was against the {8-Hearts}{9-Hearts} of Coultard.

The {10-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{6-Spades}{6-Hearts} board gave Coultard a straight and his opponent was eliminated.

"Not bad for a £1 flip!" said K P, who turned that amount into a £1,160 payday.
