Level 20 : 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
GUKPT Coventry Main Event
GUKPT Coventry Main Event

Just 15 players remain in the GUKPT Coventry Main Event after Day 2, with plenty of familiar faces from the UK poker circuit still in with a chance of victory and the £93,450 first-place prize.

Leading the way is Gary Whitehead (1,226,000) who rode a wave of hands on the feature table during the final level of the night to be the only player above one million in chips. He is closely followed by Stephen Kehoe (990,000) and Joe Hindry (956,000) who will look to put pressure on Whitehead when play resumes on Sunday, March 6 at midday.

However, UK poker regulars including WSOP bracelet winner Richard Ashby (434,000), Yucel "Mad Turk" Eminoglu (519,000) and Waheed Ashraf (725,000) will all be looking for a positive outcome as the bigger prizes get handed out.

The bubble burst on Day 2 with Rodrigo Hernandez losing a flip to fall short of the money, having come into the final day third in chips. Players who cashed include Michael Kane (37th - £2,250), Archie Seaton (30th - £2,400), and Grosvenor Poker Team Pro Richard Trigg (20th - £2,950).

All the remaining players have locked up £4,100. Here are the remaining tournament payouts:
