When the hit the turn one player went all in for only about 2,000 more and Springfield reshoved over the top. She had turned a club flush with against the pair of her opponent. The river couldn't save him and Springfield took down the pot.
Here are a few familiar faces in the Day 1b flight. Each of these players failed to make it through Day 1a, and will be looking to remedy that and join Day 2 in the hopes of winning an HPO title.

Last night, after Phil Vera busted he said he would be back today. Vera played well but eventually busted to Mike Melkersen. Vera was left short when he got all in with aces against Dennis Summers. Summers had flopped a set of tens. Hopefully for Vera, he fairs better today and is able to book his ticket to Day 2.
