Bryson McGinnis Victorious in Event #7: $300 6-Max
This weekend’s HPT St. Louis Main Event is the culmination of a whole festival of tournaments, which actually kicked off over a week ago.
One of those tournaments was Event #7: $300 6-Max, a tournament that drew 148 runners and created a $38,480 prize pool. That was paid out to the top 18 players including Nick Erwin (10th - $924), Keith Heine (11th - $924), Timothy O’Shea (14th - $731), Ryan Dodson (15th - $731), Craig Welko (17th - $616), and Brian Titus (18th - $616).
The title came down to Bryson McGinnis on St. Louis and Alexander Hoff of Ofallon, Missouri, and in the end the former prevailed to claim the title and accompanying $10,388 first-place prize.
